If you are looking for a camping spot with all the amenities, this isn't the spot. But if you are looking for a quiet remote location where you don't hear traffic driving by at all hours, where you don't hear trains going by. Yup, I'll stop by again if I'm in the area.

This is my favorite campground! I stay every year, whenever I'm in the area. It's quiet, peaceful and has everything you need. The Kentucky Pallisades are beautiful and there is a boat ramp at the entrance to the campground.

One of the best camping experiences I've had - Sheila and Sue run a first class operation. The site is right on the Kentucky river, there is a public boat ramp which we used while there. Quiet and good facilities tend to all your needs. We liked the chili they cooked up for us while we were there!

This campground is the best hole in the wall place that you will ever camp. Awesome people and an awesome place. Two thumbs up.

Great location. Great camping ground. The problem comes with the locals/regulars. These group of redneck locals will intimidate you and make you feel unwelcome the entire time you are there. When we tried to buy firewood the guy "in charge" of it was a total jerk to us. The owner backs all of these people up as well. He actually came and chastised us like we were children for "disrespecting his people." It's hard to tell if they work there or if they just want to run business off but after camping here 4 times i do know they're always there.
