Great staff. They stay pretty booked so you have to wait a while to get an appointment.
I have never had a bad experience at this office. Dr Powell and her staff are wonderful! I highly recommend them!
Stay away if you can help it. Had some root canals done months ago and started having problems with the fillings since day one. Went to another dentist out of fear Mortenson would only make it worse and my new dentist was shocked as to how bad of a job this office had done. Do not recommend. The office staff is nice but that doesn't do your teeth any good.
The employees at this practice are exceptional. Very friendly, professional, and always willing to help in any way they can. Even in the late evening on the weekend when I called with a concern, I was able to not only reach the dentist immediately and speak with her, but also at no point was I made to feel like I was being a bother but rather that I was important to her as a patient and as a person. I don't know about you, but for me that felt pretty good and that is how we should ALL be treated as patients.
