Terrible customer service or it could just be the lady that insisted of telling me about myself like people don't have lives on why they miss a court hearing. Everyone else on the bottom floor were very respectful and helpful. This tiny city and state of Kentucky is so backwards, especially when you have to depend on a judge to show up with spans of time in between. Hopefully she was not judging me on my appearance and just having a bad day.
